At CUC Group, we are committed to promoting patient-centered healthcare. We believe that regularly reviewing and improving our medical services is essential to building patient trust. Based on this principle, we actively conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) surveys across both our own healthcare businesses and support services to continuously enhance the quality of care we provide.

The CUC Group actively invests in initiatives that support employees’ well-being, including creating a safe and comfortable workplace, promoting flexible work styles, providing career development opportunities, and offering mental health care. As a result of these efforts, the Group received the Grand Prix in the Organization/Team category at the WELLBEING AWARDS 2025 in spring 2025.
