Pursuing the Well-Being of Patients and Healthcare Workers
We will pursue an ideal future in which everyone involved in healthcare, including ourselves, can fulfill their individual wishes and live happily. We will provide optimal healthcare so that patients can live their lives as they wish, and healthcare workers can take pride in their work and feel fulfilled in their jobs.

◾️Pursuing Patient Satisfaction (CS)
At CUC Group, we are committed to promoting patient-centered healthcare. We believe that regularly reviewing and improving our medical services is essential to building patient trust. Based on this principle, we actively conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) surveys across both our own healthcare businesses and support services to continuously enhance the quality of care we provide.
